Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Eligibility

Digital Products (eBooks/PDFs)

Because digital items can’t be returned, all digital sales are non-refundable. If you have trouble downloading your file or something isn’t working, please reach out—I’m always happy to help make it right.

Physical Products

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We can only replace items that are defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to send a replacement. If you need to exchange your book for the same item, just email me at littletennesseehome@gmail.com and I will help you with your exchange.
